Moral Right
The Purchaser of the original in-house open edition printed material(s) from JMAAF jmaaf.org will not permit any use of the Artist’s name or misuse of the work which would reflect discredit on his/her reputation as an artist, or which would violate the spirit of the Work.
Non-Destruction
Purchaser of the original in-house open edition printed material(s) from JMAAF jmaaf.org will not permit any intentional destruction, damage, or modification of the Work
Unauthorized Activities
You agree that you will not use jmaaf.org for any illegal or unauthorized purposes that violates any laws including import and export and copyright laws, a) modifying adapting or hacking into the site or for modifying another website so as to falsify imply that it is associated with jmaaf.org. b) uploading, posting, or transmitting email SMSâs âspamâ messages, worms or viruses or any code of destructive nature.
